Warranty Commitments

In order to better serve customers, TRANSCOM promises to provides 3 years’ free warranty for all active products manufactured and delivered.

At the same time,in order to avoid any ambiguity, please read the following warranty carefully.
1.  All TRANSCOM products have 1-year replacement warranty and 3-year repairs guarantee since the delivery data of an order.
2. TRANSCOM will be liable for transportation costs of any replacement and return resulting from quality problems.
3. In order to better serve you,please attach your description of product failure in time of any replacement or return,and we will solve the problems as soon as possible.
4. The product failures due to the following conditions shall not be within the range of TRANSCOM replacement and returns regulations.
    A. Any damage of warranty labels
    B. Any artificial failure
    C. Any failure due to unauthorized modification and disassembly
    D. Any hardcare (for example:the appropriate interface) damage due to construction
    E. Any failure because the service environment does not meet the requirements of this product (for example: main board water penetration)
    All conditions above shall not be within the warranty of TRANSCOM.
